Esports' Jackson French Advances to NJCAAE Smash Semis

Toms River, NJ - OCC Esports' Jackson French continued his regular/postseason-long unbeaten streak, with a thrilling 3-0 Super Smash Bros. Ultimate win against Fort Scott Community College on Friday (December 3). French advances to the NJCAAE championship semifinal round, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, December 7 at 7 P.M.

"Jackson has been perfect all through these playoffs," remarked OCC Esports Head Coach John Ruhl. "He had some nail-biting moments in his match against Fort Scott Community College, but he's really good at winning the crucial parts of matches. Check out the stream, the 2nd game in the set was the turning point. Jackson went for a spike to close out, and turned the tide of the game with it."
