Toms River, NJ - The Ocean County College Vikings baseball team continued their winning ways at The Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach, SC with two wins, a 7-4 victory against Fulton-Montgomery CC, and an extra-innings, 5-2 triumph over Finger Lakes CC. Freshman pitcher James Papamakariou won both games in relief, picking up his first college wins. Among the Vikings' offensive highlights: Tyler Kay hit two doubles on the day, and drove in a total of 7 runs. Matt Corsi scored 3 runs on 3 for 7 hitting, and Nick Moglia went 4 for 8.
The Vikings complete their southern trip with a 9 a.m. game tomorrow (3/23) against Garrett Community College.
