OCC Baseball Sweeps 3-Game Series Versus Union College of NJ

Toms River, NJ - Ocean County College Baseball completed a 3-game sweep of the Owls of Union College of NJ on Saturday (3/22), with a thrilling pair of home wins.
GAME #1 - OCC collected 14 hits in a 15-2 victory Friday night at Jim Hynes '63 Stadium (Kean University). Ryan Mulcahey pitched 7 solid innings to earn the victory, while Evan Kwortnik collected 3 hits and 2 RBI.
GAME #2 - OCC collected 15 hits - with Evan Kwortnik going 4-4 with 2 HR and 4 RBI, and Evan Booth with 3 doubles, 2 RBI in Ocean's 18-5 victory. OCC freshman pitcher Colin Moore collected his first collegiate victory in the win.
GAME #3 - OCC sophomore hurler Anthony Bilello picked up the pitching victory in the Vikings' 7-5 win. Evan Kwortnik doubled with 2 RBI in the victory.
OCC Baseball next takes the field on Friday, March 28, when they host RCSJ Cumberland at 3 P.M.
