Garcia Scores 26, Garrabrants with 25 Rebounds as OCC Women's Basketball Tops Atlantic Cape in Season Opener

Toms River, NJ - OCC Women's Basketball opened their 2022-23 season on Tuesday (11/22) with a road win at Atlantic Cape Community College, where they defeated the Buccaneers, 70-8.
Ocean sophomore Giavana Garcia led the Vikings' offensive effort, with a 26-point, 8-assist performance, while sophomore Nicole Garrabrants dominated the paint, pulling down 25 rebounds and scoring 12 points against this club status opponent.
The Vikings return to action on Tuesday, November 29, when they travel to Bergen Community College for a 5 P.M. matchup against the GSAC Conference rival Bulldogs.
