Toms River, NJ - OCC Women's Volleyball earned a road win on Wednesday (10/8), with a 3-1 result versus the Roadrunners of RCSJ Gloucester.
The Vikings dual threat of outside hitters Bryn Hagen and Macayla Lindner were potent once again tonight, with Hagen scoring 17 points with 15 kills and 11 digs, while Lindner scored 16 points with 15 kills and 15 digs. Ocean libero Liliana Davis proved impossible to get past, with a team-leading 23 digs, while freshman setter Bailey Adams led both teams with a whopping 33 assists.
"We fought this one in a raucous gym tonight," reflected OCC Women's Volleyball Head Coach Dan Torsiello. "Lili Davis had two long service runs, and we came together as a team to win this match."
The Vikings will return to the court on Saturday, October 11, when they travel to Northampton CC for a tri-match versus the host Spartans, and Montgomery County CC.
